It made up of a city and the surrounding countryside. monarchy is ruled by a single person. Oligarchy is wealthy groups dissatisfied with aristocratic rule. A tyrant is a powerful individual who seized control by appealing the common people for support. Some famous people were Draco, Solon, and Cleisthenes. An hoplite is a well-armed soldier. Politics were no women and no middle class people. There were no slaves at all invited.
